This notice applies to the Red Run Cannabis Company mobile app. Its Google Play listing displays Red Run Media as the developer name and identifies Red Run Cannabis Company, LLC as the legal organization under “About the developer.” Red Run Cannabis Company, LLC operates the app and is responsible for this privacy notice. What the app does
The app provides store and menu information, account and loyalty features, and the ability to request a reservation for in-store pickup. A reservation is not a cannabis sale in the app. Cannabis sales and payments are completed in person at a licensed retail facility. The app does not process cannabis delivery.
Information handled by the app
Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, the app handles your name, email address, phone number, account and authentication information, order reservation and purchase history, loyalty account details, searches and menu interactions, and communications with us. If you allow location access, the app may use approximate or precise location to help find nearby stores and check regional eligibility. The app also handles device and installation identifiers, push notification tokens, app usage information, performance metrics, and crash diagnostics. The app does not use a third-party advertising identifier for advertising tracking.
Why we use this information
We use this information to create and maintain accounts, provide store and menu features, manage reservations and loyalty, deliver notifications you enable, answer support requests, protect the service, and measure and improve app performance. You can change location and notification permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the information or permissions they require.
Service providers and sharing
Dutchie provides the app’s e-commerce, account, and loyalty platform and processes information needed for those services. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service are used for push notification delivery. Dutchie also processes app analytics and diagnostics. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and users. Dutchie has confirmed that this branded app build does not track users across third-party apps or websites or send app data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks for targeted advertising. If you use separate Dutchie services, Dutchie’s privacy policy may also apply.
How long information is kept
App account information is retained while your account is active. Some transaction, security, or other records may be kept longer where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance. When a verified account deletion request is completed, Dutchie permanently deletes or anonymizes the user profile, authentication credentials, and associated consumer data across its platform, except information that must be retained for lawful reasons. We will explain any retained information in our response to your request.

You can request deletion of your app account and associated personal data without signing in or opening the app at Red Run Cannabis Company App Account and Data Deletion. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request and coordinate fulfillment with Dutchie.
Security
App information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not email passwords, identification documents, or payment information with a privacy request.

This notice covers the mobile app. Our website uses cookies and other technologies described in our Cookie Policy. When you use a separate store website, Dutchie service, or external service linked from the app, its own privacy notice may also apply.
